In the beginning of our work together, we’ll look into three areas of business that take up most of your time that I refer to as: People, Places and Things.

In each of these areas we’ll discover what’s working and what’s not. Here’s what we’ll assess in each area, and then navigate a strong purpose-driven strategy:

People: Who does your business touch, and how? How effective are your employees? Why and why are they not effective? How are you treating yourself? Are you leading by example? Are your teams leading by example? What is your culture code? Are your values aligned with your business model? Do your clients/consumers know your values? Does your staff know your values?

Places: Is the location suitable for for the needs of the business? Do the fixed costs align with the potential net profit? Do you have e-commerce? If not, what are the online opportunities for the business? What is the social media strategy?

Things: What do you offer to your clients/consumers? Do you have profitable services or products based on your fixed costs? What are your variable costs and average revenue? Is the product or service consistent?

Once we discover the opportunities that are in these specific areas we will build a strong, impactful business plan that suits the identified business.

Coaching is identifying 1 of 2 things: What is working in your life, career, or small business, and what is NOT working in your life, career or small business.

+ What happens once we've identified what's working or not working?

If it's working we keep it the same and go deeper if you need to. If it is not working we shift and start to make incremental changes or major leaps, depending on the answers that you have.

+ What does coaching not do?

  • Coaches are not doctors or therapists. We support them and their process.
  • We cannot diagnose or treat any illness. We encourage health and wellness.
  • Coaches do not financially support an endeavor or personal financial burden. We help you navigate impermanent times by coaching you in decision-making, risk management and bulletproof action plans.
  • Coaching is not a 12-step program. We encourage all anonymous fellowships that are based in recovery and are for the greater good of one's well being.
