About Dani Darmanin
Founder & Coach
Ever since Dani was a child she’s been drawn to people, their stories and their accomplishments.
When she was 19 she worked her way up from salon assistant to hairdresser and manager, handling location expansions as well as hairdresser education and development. Work was soaring, but her relationships and personal life were suffering.
After ten years working in salons, she brought her love of people development to the corporate world, overseeing employee education at a major beauty brand. In this role, she was introduced to coaching, which opened her eyes to a new world of personal development and growth.
When she applied her coaching training to her corporate management role, she noticed great results from her team; and when she applied them to her personal life, she noticed huge shifts. This sparked an intense passion to empower people, help them get unstuck and live the life made for them.
As a coach, she believes in you being your unique self; when you’re on your path, acknowledge your gifts, and share them, there will be no competition, guilt or wasted time.
With the launch of The Navi Day, Dani gets some skin in the game as a purpose-driven entrepreneur, running a business the way she wants to, creating a nurturing environment for her clients to thrive.
